I’m not saying yes… but I’m definitely not saying no. 😏 In this hilariously unhinged baking adventure, I whip up my favorite vegan, grain-free chocolate chip cookies made with simple ingredients like almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, and chocolate chips. Vegan- Grain Free- Chocolate Chip Cookies!

Mix the Dry: 2 cups almond flour/meal

1/4 tsp Real Sea Salt or Himalayan

1/2 tsp aluminum free baking soda

Add in the wet:

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

3 TBS pure Maple Syrup

2 tsp Vanilla extract or powder

Bake at 350 for 14 minutes
