I’m also a soul plumber. I help you flush the mental, emotional, and energetic junk clogging your flow so you can feel free, strong, and alive. Because often, it’s not about adding more… It's about clearing the crap that’s in the way.

My specialty: Helping real people (with messy lives) make changes that actually stick. Health isn’t just what’s on your plate—it’s everything that feeds you: relationships, career, movement… and yes, watching your dogs go full zoomies at the park.
