As a Nutritionist and Health & Master Life Coach, I help you cut through the nutrition noise, turn your doctor’s scribbles into a clear, workable plan, and support you in making real changes after a diagnosis, checkup, or midweek life curveball.

There’s also the stress-and-life-management part… because unfortunately, flipping people off isn’t a long-term strategy.

Every program I design is personalized to you — your body, your goals, your life. No cookie-cutter plans here. I keep things real, honest, and fun because laughter might just be the closest thing to a cure-all we’ve got. My mission is to help you feel better, live brighter, and laugh more — because healing doesn’t have to suck. I wear my heart on my sleeve and my honesty as a beautiful badge of honor. I’m the kind of girl who means what she says. My handshake is as binding as my signature.

I’m your go-to guide for ditching burnout (let’s call it life overwhelm) and building a life that actually feels good — inside and out. I’m a master at mixing science with humor. Before diving into coaching, I was a TV host and stand-up comic. I love “edu-taining” people about health and healing. The only two-drink minimum here is green juice and tea.

Also? I’m a soul plumber. Yep. We’re flushing the mental, emotional, and energetic junk that’s clogging your flow so you can finally feel free again. Sometimes it’s not about adding more… it’s about clearing the crap that’s in the way.

I’m a self-proclaimed certification-a-holic (seriously, I have eight!) who’s studied 100+ dietary theories and lifestyle techniques with top wellness experts. I geek out on longevity, anti-cancer nutrition, positive psychology, and personal growth — and I weave it all into my coaching and content. But this isn’t just what I do. It’s who I am.
