Before diving into coaching, I was a TV host and stand-up comic. I love “edu-taining” people about health and healing. The only two-drink minimum here is green juice and tea.

I’m a self-proclaimed certification-a-holic (seriously, I have eight!) who’s studied 100+ dietary theories and lifestyle techniques with top wellness experts. I geek out on longevity, anti-cancer nutrition, positive psychology, and personal growth — and I weave it all into my coaching and content. But this isn’t just what I do. It’s who I am.
