I’m not saying yes… but I’m definitely not saying no. 😏 In this hilariously unhinged baking adventure, I whip up my favorite vegan, grain-free chocolate chip cookies made with simple ingredients like almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, and chocolate chips. They’re easy, delicious, and proof that healthy treats don’t have to taste like cardboard. Come for the cookies. Stay for the laughs.

    Vegan- Grain Free- Chocolate Chip Cookies!

    Mix the Dry: 2 cups almond flour/meal

    1/4 tsp Real Sea Salt or Himalayan

    1/2 tsp aluminum free baking soda

    Add in the wet:

    1/4 cup melted coconut oil

    3 TBS pure Maple Syrup

    2 tsp Vanilla extract or powder

    Bake at 350 for 14 minutes

    In this ridiculously silly video, I’ll show you how to make creamy, delicious homemade almond milk with just a handful of simple ingredients. It’s easier than you think, tastes amazing, and gives store-bought versions a run for their money.

    I did my best to restrain myself from making endless nut jokes... but no promises. Grab your almonds, bring your sense of humor, and let’s get blending.

    Warning: Side effects may include laughing, learning, and suddenly feeling very fancy for making your own almond milk. 🥛

    Recipe:

    2 cups soaked almonds

    4 cups filtered water

    1-2 TBS high-quality maple syrup

    1 tsp vanilla

    A shake of cinnamon.
